Imren Grill Görlitzer Bahnhof Berlin stands as a prime example of authentic Turkish cuisine right in the heart of Berlin’s vibrant Kreuzberg district. Located on Wiener Str. 10, this restaurant brings a rich tapestry of traditional flavors that pay homage to Turkey’s diverse culinary heritage.

The menu reflects a well-curated selection of classic Turkish dishes, with a particular emphasis on grilled meats and hearty mains. Signature items like the Yumurtlu Adana Kebap and the Döner in freshly baked bread underscore the quality ingredients and masterful preparation. Imren’s döner, known for its juicy, intensely seasoned beef, invites repeat visits from those craving genuine Turkish street food with a twist of nuanced craftsmanship.

Beyond the grilled specialties, Imren shines with offerings such as the Köfte Teller and the Döner Spezial, dishes that resonate with both locals and visitors seeking a robust meal. The inclusion of traditional stews like Kuru Fasulye and the Hackbällchen Eintopf highlights the restaurant's deep connection to home-cooked Turkish traditions, elevating comfort food with authenticity. Not to be missed are the desserts, including Kunefe and Baklava, which provide a sweet conclusion that complements the savory courses.

Patrons often quote the freshness and distinct taste of homemade bread and real meat—a testament to Imren’s commitment to quality. Yeah top quality. You can taste the difference with the real meat he uses. And the fresh homemade bread. I really wanted to try a Pide. But I got organ and intestine soup instead! Was a white based soup. Put garlic sauce and squeezed lemon into it. It was amazing. I want to find the recipe. Wow. I wish I had another few days to come back to this place. Amazing food. Authentic (was in Turkey a few years ago. This was spot on). Would highly recommend.

If you’re in need to tasty, fresh Turkish food in Neukölln/Kreuzberg, then keep an eye out for an Imren. These guys are at the top of their game and I could order anything off the menu and it would be good.

Imren is a great Döner shop. Very unique taste. The seasoned beef is very juicy and quite intense. I cannot have it every day. However, every now and then I love it. And I’m happy to see they are spread out all over the city now.

All this is for 5 Euros. Like mama's food! This time the beans were a bit saltier than usual but still great. Grills, traditional dishes are just delicious. Great value for your money

Since several years .. for me its still one of Berlins best. This is not a normal döner. As they use selfmade meat. Instand of often served cheap minced meat youll get best beef. Considering he low price is underpriced so please if you like It like i do leave a big tipp!!
